LeanTrak was founded in 2003 with a staff of high performing engineers and designers. We continue to hire young professionals who possess the right attitude and work ethic for our company?s culture. We support our local accredited universities through hiring of co-op students and focus on the development of the next generation of high-performing technical team members.

LeanTrak has a strong focus in the petroleum industry with experience in cross-country pipelines, terminals, refineries, and related facilities. Our staff has an extensive knowledge base that covers the diverse range of regulatory agencies, codes, and standards that apply to the petroleum industry. Our petroleum background has led to an expanded energy industry focus in the growing arena of alternative fuels.

Our project experiences include a number of manufacturing industries. From glass and glass fiber to foundry and food, our engineers and designers have the knowledge to execute projects large and small. Our full discipline staff includes civil, structural, electrical, controls, and mechanical engineers and designers. Our team includes people with previous experience in the trades and in industry, giving us a unique perspective as we work across the various levels of our clients organizations. We maintain licensed professionals and design staff in all engineering disciplines, providing you single source responsibility across your entire project.

We stay focused and responsive through engineering, design, and construction. The majority of our staff is OSHA safety trained and carries OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 cards. For our DOT regulated petroleum work, our technical staff is also Operator Qualified in their respective disciplines and carry valid TWIC cards.
