Job Description
INITIAL BUILDING ASSIGNMENT: Administration Building 
 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 
 1. Bachelor’s degree in education administration, business, education, public administration, or related field. 2. Valid driver’s license. 
 3. At least five (5) years of progressively responsible experience as an executive-level administrative assistant, work in the field of education, or leadership experience. 
 4. Strong organizational and project management skills. 
 5. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and diplomatic skills. 
 6. A high degree of discretion and ability to handle sensitive matters. 
 
 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
 1. Master’s degree in leadership, administration, or related field. 
 2. Experience working with or for a public school superintendent or school board. 
 3. Experience with strategic planning or district initiative implementation. 
 4. Understanding of Ohio public school governance and compliance. 
 5. Proficiency in managing board agendas, public records, and executive communications.

 COMPENSATION: Hourly Pay Range ($33.00 - $40.00) = Annual Pay range ($68,904 - $83,520)
